D' Little Book-To my Sister

My little sister like I always call you. "You are very special to me. I mean every word on this page. If I am to trade kidneys, eyes, legs, I would do it over and over again without fear for you. If I was given a million choices, I will still choose you as my baby sister. 

We've grown up together to become fond of each other, shared little secrets, faced fears the world won't see on the surface, walked beyond boundaries and limitations. Despite the fact that you have to grow so tall, that I have to buy all the heels in corner shops to pat your head. You are still my baby sister. Irrespective of the fact that I have to part with my best to keep your corner eyes satisfied. I have no regrets. 

I strive to always be there when you need a friend, to push you when you sit at your comfort zone, to scold when you behave silly, to correct you when it all seem right. I have tried within limit to listen to your corrections even if it sounded like a slap, to go beyond the walls of "I am older" and embrace the knowledge that "we can all learn from each other". Seeing that you expect much from me, keeps me uptight. I borrow courage to let you see my weakness, my failures, my regrets, my anomalies so that you won't befall the same.
I might not always be right, be there when you need me, be good or perfect. I might not have fulfilled every of my promises. You know how quickly I change my mind when I give you something,  probably demanded for what should be rightly yours, or behave silly as big sisters always do, but you are very much loved. I think you are the girlfriend, I pray to have everyday that I do not have. I hope irrespective of what choices we make, routes we follow and changes life brings our way, we would always be the buddy buddy girlfriend.
I am watching your very back just like you've always watched mine and I hope life takes us to that point where our seeds can do the same.

As you celebrate this new year, let God grant you every great and tiny wishes. May He grant you multiple blessings and lead in the best path for your life. We have both being trained by a lovely creative minded, iron handed mother who would go any length to help us reach our goal. I pray that you will surpass the bench line of standard of virtuous woman. Someone prayed this little words with me last year and I pray the same. "I say Amen to your heart cries to God. 

My little advise this year: Don't quit on the best and that start with God. Lean not on your own understanding and live in that consciousness that "He is Emmanuel: God with us". When anything troubles you, and you find it so hard to explain, figure out or share with anyone, cry unto God. He won't leave or forsake you. 
Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, God will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze." It doesn't mean you won't feel the fire but that have the assurance that He is with you. 
Lastly, my shoulders are always there, however, anything beyond my shoulders, I also have my knees. You could also borrow my tongue and my hands as we cry together to God for help.

Thumbs up: You have a gentle spirit, a loyal and a kind heart. Keep it up. 
You deserve a stroke: You can be so lazy.  You know this type of laziness: M¬¬¬ laziness. You need to grow more habit in reading inspiring books. If not paper version, find other means to achieve the same: e-books, audio versions. Your mind is your battle field. It is that place where you gather strength. So cultivate it like a field. I see you taking your art to the next level.
